The ‘Two-Pin’ technique increases sanitation for multiple dose vial users. They draw with the first pin, and then shoot/inject into the body with a new one. This procedure prevents any residual contaminants that may have remained on the drawing pin from being transferred into the body via the injection site. It also makes injection less painful since the drawing needle is necessarily dulled during passage through the rubber stopper atop the vial. A dulled needle increases injection pain because it doesn’t pierce the body as cleanly as an unused one. The protocol below is followed by AAS users who draw from multiple dose vials, but steps 4 - 8 are routinely disregarded by those users who draw from ampoules (also called ampules) and sachets.
The common dose for Dianabol is 30-50mg each day , with a cycle that would usually last between 4 and 6 weeks . 30-40mg would be an effective dose for a person that is new to Dianabol, resulting in great gains in muscle mass and strength, whilst restricting possible side effects. More experience users may wish to take a slightly higher dosage, although like most other compounds, there is a dosage level where the muscle and strength gains plateau off and the side effects heighten, resulting in a point in which it is not worth increasing the dosage. Most experienced users will rarely take a dosage over 70-80mg per day.
In Ethiopia and other parts of Africa, it should be noted that TOMS is focusing giving on youth at a high risk for contracting Podoconiosis (non-filarial elephantiasis occurring below the knee.) The disease can be prevented by wearing shoes and engaging in proper foot hygiene. TOMS is coupling the giving with educational awareness pieces. For this giving it is important that the shoes by similar to those worn by the general population in these areas, as the disease carries a great deal of stigma. The marginalization of afflicted individuals and families causes economic loss as well. I mention this to note that health factors are a root cause of poverty, and so the addressing of this issue is responsible on a number of levels. I would note the other benefits that wearing shoes provide, but I think you all probably know those.
